Toyota Introduces Toyota Fortuner 2.8 VRZ and Toyota Land Cruiser 300

Just the beginning of the year, Indonesia has presented two new cars from Toyota. These two cars come with SUV types, namely the Toyota Fortuner 2.8 VRZ and Toyota Land Cruiser 300. Some time ago this car was actually introduced in Thailand.

However, it was only in 2022 that Toyota presented this car in Indonesia. Then, what exactly are the advantages of these two SUVs?

Advantages of Fortuner 2.8VRZ

The Toyota Fortuner 2.8 VRZ which is present in Indonesia consists of two choices. namely 4×2 and 4×4 drives, and is equipped with the GR Sport option. Fortuner 28 hadie with 1GD-FTV diesel engine with a capacity of 2,755 cc, inline 4 cylinders, 16 valves, DOHC. The engine is also equipped with VNT Intercooler technology.

This car is said to be capable of producing power at 203.9 PS at 3,000-4,000 rpm and torque of 499 Nm at 1,600-2,800 rpm.

This car itself will be released with prices starting from Rp. 521.6 million to Rp. 597.9 million for the 4×2 type. While the 4×4 version starts at a price of IDR 684.5 million.

Land Cruiser 300

Not only the Toyota Fortuner 2.8 VRZ is presented. Toyota also introduced the Land Cruiser 300 which also comes with two options, namely the Land Cruiser VX-R 4×4 A/T and the Land Cruiser VX-R GR-S.

This car uses a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 diesel engine which is said to be capable of providing a maximum power of up to 227 kW (309 PS) and a maximum torque of 700 Nm. For transmission matters, the Land Cruiser 300 presents a 10-speed automatic or Toyota calls it Direct Shift-10 AT.

Price? This car will be released at a price of Rp. 2.327 billion for the VXR type. Meanwhile, for those of you who have a bigger budget, prepare to prepare Rp. 2.378 billion for the GR-S type.
